Hard to keep up...

So much has been happening, hard to keep up!
A week ago, Friday Ashton had his Presentation of Learning and he got to present his Killer Whale project that he has been working so hard on. He had all of his visual aids and he memorized 3 of his facts so he could present. Grammy, Daddy, Aunt Sophi and her kids all came (Sierra came downstairs.) :) Good Job buddy!

On Saturday was Ashton's last basketball game. Wow has he improved alot! He LOVES basketball and wants to play all the time. We have a puny hoop in our backyard that he plays on and a puny hoop hooked on his closet that he plays on too.

Ashton tested and is now a yellow belt. I got this picture on my phone last Monday cause I was at school. Daddy sent it and I was a proud mommy! :)
He even slept with his belt that night. :)
Monday night when I got home from school I helped Sierra make a giant cookie for her friend Chloe. We made it heart shaped and Sierra placed chocolate chips in the middle in a giant 10 and put chocolate chips all around the edge. She called Chloe's mom ahead of time and got printed pictures of Chloe from Chloe's brother. Sierra secretly decorated her desk early Tuesday morning. She got her a new scripture bag and wrote her a nice note.
Tuesday Sierra got to get out of school early again. Chloe's mom picked them up at 11 and took them to the American Girl store and cafe. They had lunch and then each girl got to pick something out under $25. WOW! Sierra was spoiled. She got to eat so much yummy food and came home with a new outfit for her doll and a birthday celebration t-shirt and plastic balloon for her doll too! :) What a fun day!
This last Thursday, Ashton's class celebrated St. Patrick's Day. He had to make a leprachaun trap at home and bring it in. So, me and Sierra helped him make a trap on Tuesday and Wednesday night.
The leprachaun would even have a bed to sleep in! :)

 Just because...she is so cute!
On Wednesday Norris and Brenna came into town so Thursday me and Brenna exercised in the morning and then my kids had a half day so they came with me to pick up the kids and roared at them when the dad that helps with valet opened the door, scared the willies out of my kids. I wish I had it on video, it was so FUNNY! We went to The Habit for lunch and then went to the park to play.
Sierra had Activity Days and had to act out for Charades her favorite Book of Mormon story. She did the Brother of Jared. She had a whole bag of props, including rocks with gold glitter. She loves that sort of thing!
Thursday night, Norris and Brenna came back over to have icecream with us and made an announcement too! Norris said, "we have a birthday party that we want to invite you too!" My brother is going to be a daddy! :) They even had an ultrasound picture of the little peanut too! I totally guessed that Brenna was pregnant. Totally knew it for weeks. :) So excited to be an auntie again!!! Baby is coming in October!
Friday night was Ashton's basketball party. He got his trophy and coach (Shawn Lyon) said he was a great defender and hopes Ashton doesn't stop playing basketball! :)
Saturday it rained! We love it when it rains! We had green pancakes! Happy St. Patrick's Day! We put our green on and I studied most of the day. Saturday evening my mom brought salad from Stonefire and pizza from Vincenzo's and everyone came over, she brought icecream too! We had Norris and Brenna, Brenna's parents and brother, Sophi and Rich and kids, Cousin Marshall and Whitney.
We had fun visiting and playing Draw Something with each other on our phones. We watched "The Count of Monte Cristo" too. An all-time favorite for all of us! Only Marshall and Whit stayed long enough to finish it.
Today Chase and Jacque blessed their baby, Jane. We all went to the Harris Ranch for lunch after church. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful baby!
This Wednesday I have my 2nd exam, wish me luck! :)
