Beach day!!!

Today was our Ward Beach Day. Sophi, and I packed up and went and Briana met us there from Irvine. It was a great day! The kids just play and play and we get to visit and eat, the beach makes me hungry.:) I just LOVE the beach!

Sierra is so good with Rossi, she adores him!

She loves the water too! When she was not playing with Rossi or helping the boy's dig or eating she was in the water either swimming, jumping over the waves, diving under the waves or boogie boarding.

We saw dolphins too!

Rocky loved the water, he was running in circles. So happy!

The boy's were jumping over the huge hole. So fun!

Sophi brought Chocolate Graham Crackers...really good! Would be even better with peanut butter on them...mmmm! Rossi loved everything we were feeding him!

They dug a hole and then when the water filled it up they would put the red boat in it that Nixon is holding.

The beach is non-stop FUN!!!!

"I want to be a Missionary when I grow up..."

I had the privilege of teaching Ashton's primary class today. We talked about Being a Missionary and Ashton said "I want to be a Missionary when I grow up". He is proud of his Uncle Blake and told his class that his Uncle Blake is a missionary. We played a fun game, pin the name tag on the Missionary, Sierra drew the Missionaries for me (a girl one and a boy one) and they were such great drawings, so cute. Ashton was excited to put on his black name tag, he was asking me during the whole class time, "can we put on our name tags now?"

I also got a new calling today, Secretary in the Young Women's Presidency! I've never served in the Young Women's, little nervous but also excited for a new adventure. :)

Wave vs. Sharks

Our little fish! Swim meet #3 Good Job Sierra!!!

In her first race she swam in the Medley Relay and she swam the Breaststroke. When she started her lap she was behind the girl next to her and she totally pulled ahead. So exciting and so fun to watch! Great job, Sierra!!!

We are so blessed to have a family that supports us and our children the way that they do!!! Sierra loves it that everyone tries to come and watch her swim! Early in the morning when it was just her and I she asked me who was coming today to watch her, it means alot! Thank you to all!!!!

Rocky with his banana!

The boy's both with fingers in their nose, typical! :)

Her second race was the Individual Backstroke. She has not raced Backstroke for about 2 seasons. I think her coaches saw her potential and wanted to give it a go! She did fantastic and her stroke looked great!!!!

Ashton's new summer HC!

For the last week I've been trying to talk Ashton into getting a buzz for the summer. I love buzz cuts for the summer. I think he looks so cute and he stays cooler. He would say to me that he did not want a buzz, that he wants to comb his hair. Today Coby was here and I said to Ashton, "how about Aunt Sophi cuts your hair and we do a buzz like Coby?" He said "okay!" We were in the car to go to Aunt Sophi's and he said, "I'm scared to get a buzz!" I asked "why? you know it doesn't hurt, you like to get your haircut." He said, "I think I'm going to miss my hair!" AWWW! CUTE! I told him his hair grows so fast so it will grow back, that is why he needs a haircut all the time. So here it is....

THANKS AUNT SOPHI!!!!
