C week!

Last week we talked about the letter Cc. We used celery to paint the letter Cc. We talked about how celery starts with c but it makes an s sound. When the paint dried we cut out the Cc's and glued them on a piece of construction paper and then I drew pictures all around the Cc's of things that start with c-car, catapillar, cow, camera, cat, cookie, cake, candle (these last three were appropriate because we were celebreting Sierra's birthday), couch, color (with a) crayon, and cap. He was watching me draw and then guessing what each thing was that started with C. We also made a car and put brackets on the wheels so they can turn. (He liked being able to turn the wheels.)
